Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang

Last weekend my friend Jeff surprised the hell out of me. How? He simply made me leave my house and go watch a movie with him. Jeff is a hermit who spends most of his time online reading about sports, watching sports on tv or playing video games (I will leave it to you to guess what genere). However, this blog is not about the sad life my friend leads. I could not do the subject justice and will leave that up to a team of doctors that are surely in his near future.

We watched the new Val Kilmer flick, “Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang”. I was shocked that it was a great movie. The greatness of the movie is not what shocked me, rather that Jeff showed a bit of good taste. Shoot, I am getting into the whole Jeff sad life part again. Let us move along. “Kiss, Kiss, Bang, Bang” is now my favorite movie of the year. Below is a list of some of the movies I have seen this year so you can better understand how great I think “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” is.

• Batman Begins
• The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy
• Star Wars - Episode III, Revenge of the Sith
• Kingdom of Heaven
• Sin City
• Fever Pitch (I know you are wondering why this is on the list, but i really liked the movie)

Yes it is that good. Robert Downey Jr. plays his role great while narrating the movie twice as well. Val Kilmer as always dominates like Kobe on white chicks. Speaking of white chicks, there is a hot one in the movie by the name of Michelle Monaghan. If you are a fan of good dialouge, a unique plot and humor then you have to watch this movie. I am not going to tell you what the movie is about. The internet is a great tool, go watch the trailer! I am just saying it is a damn good movie and is best described by the math below.

Narration like High Fidelty + Murder Mystery + Hilarious Jokes + Val Kilmer + Hot Girl = Good Movie
