Gossau, St. Gallen, Switzerland

I seem to have a knack of not doing what I say I will do: stick to my travel budget, eat healthy, skip Switzerland. This isn’t a knock on the Swiss, I just didn’t think I would want to double-back across to this country after I’ve made it to Eastern Europe. But as it happens on my trip, I arrived in a small Swiss city for much needed R&R (take 2).

I spent my time in Switzerland eating (more paella), drinking (local beer), sleeping, hanging out with CouchSurfers, and watching movies. Something about this place (besides the cold rainy weather) forces one to slow down. I cannot say any more, my enjoyable time was spent just simply… in peace.

Where are the pictures? My camera just took a vacation of its own, sorry.
